Prosthodontic treatment planning and treatments are at the core of the vast majority of dental procedures performed in General Practice today. Hoffer and Lipkin will be presenting the most salient aspects of Prosthodontic and Restorative treatments and procedures, comprising the vast majority of clinical dental treatments.
Occlusion and its role in dentistry will be a major focus. Implant treatment planning, and the precision required to carry out these steps in order to achieve long lasting results, will be analyzed and discussed in its entirety. Removable partial denture retention assisted by selectively placed implants is one of the most under-utilized and under-appreciated treatments available to patients who are not candidates for extensive full mouth rehabilitation. A thorough review of the how, when, where and why of these treatments will be discussed following which, attendees of the lecture should be able to start these treatments for their patients on their next day back at work.
