IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Canadians require a valid tourist visa for India.
- For India, you must apply online in advance. Link: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/
- Airport check-in for domestic flights is 2 hrs. and international flight: 3 hrs. prior to departure.
- Driving distance/time is approx., which is subject to road conditions/traffic.
- The flight schedule mentioned above is subject to change.
- Hotel check in time 14:00 hrs./check out 12:00 hrs.
- Baggage Allowances & Extra Baggage Rules for Flights are as follows:
- Delhi – Udaipur / Jaipur flights: Check-in allowance: 20 kg, Cabin allowance: 7 kg
- Delhi – Goa flights: Check-in allowance: 20 Kg, Cabin allowance: 7 kg
- Extra Baggage Fees (IndiGo – Delhi/Udaipur/Jaipur): Approx. INR 700 per kg per sector when purchased at the airport. Pre-booked rates are slightly lower, with a minimum of 5 kg at INR 2,300.
INCLUSIONS:
- A representative for assistance on arrival and departure transfers at airport.
- Total 14 nights hotel accommodation on Double/Twin sharing in base/mentioned category of rooms as per hotels mentioned above or similar.
- Buffet / fixed menu Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as per program at hotels/local restaurants.
- Sound & Light show in Jaipur.
- Conference Hall/meeting room for classroom style seating for half day once during the stay in Delhi, Udaipur & Jaipur with tea/coffee/cookies and screen.
- All transfers, excursions and sightseeing will be by air-conditioned large coach including present applicable road tax, inter-state tax, parking, fuel surcharge as per program.
- English speaking local guide in Udaipur & Jaipur and accompanying guide for Jaipur and Agra for the sightseeing as per program.
- Present applicable entrance fee at all monuments as per program for one visit only.
- Rickshaw ride in Delhi.
- Boat ride in Udaipur.
- Jeep ride in Udaipur to visit Sajjangarh.
- Mohabbat the Taj Show entry ticket in Agra.
- 01 Elephant/jeep ride to ascend to Amber Fort in Jaipur.
- Packed drinking water/soft drink available in the vehicle during, sightseeing/excursion/long drives as per program.
- Departure gift.
- All currently applicable taxes
- Internal flights Delhi/Udaipur/Jaipur and Delhi
- All gratuities throughout the tour
EXCLUSIONS:
- Any Insurance.
- Optional sightseeing you may choose while on any tour
- Any other meals or beverages, tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
- Airline excess baggage
- Any Expenses arising due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight delays/ cancellations, natural calamities, etc.
- Any increase in costs beyond our control such as fuel and airfare increase, additional Government levies and taxes etc.
- Transfers are at an additional cost for any deviations to tour arrival & departure dates
- All the other services which are not mentioned in the inclusions
