- Meals according to itinerary / Breakfast box in lieu if early morning flight

- Boat ticket(s) according to the itinerary.

- Complimentary WIFI in car, mineral bottled water, non-alcohol drinks, snacks and cold towels in the vehicle.
- Sightseeing incl. admission fees according to itinerary.

Seminar session and meeting rooms:

Exclusions:

- Any Insurance.
- Optional sightseeing that you may choose while on any tour.
- Any other meals or beverages, laundry, telephone/fax calls, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
- Airline excess baggage.
- All the other services which are not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Any Expenses arising due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight delays/ cancellations, natural calamities, etc.
- Any increase in costs beyond our control such as fuel and airfare increase, additional Government levies and taxes etc.

- General Transfer and Tour Schedule: We offer our clients the flexibility of working directly with their guides regarding their preferred start/end times for tour programs. This ensures open communication between you and your guide and will keep the pace of your program suited to your comfort. However the following guidelines will apply unless otherwise discussed with your guide. Most tours begin with meeting your guide at your hotel lobby to start the day’s program.
- Airport transfer: You are required to be at the airport approx. 90 minutes before domestic flights and at least 2 hours before international flights. Your transfer to the airport will be arranged to accommodate this schedule.

- Driving distance/time is approx., which is subject to road conditions/traffic.
