Seminar session and meeting rooms:
- Up to 4 hours use of one meeting room
- Kempinski standard meeting set-up with reception table and flower arrangement
- Thematic morning or afternoon coffee/tea with selection of sweet and savoury items
- Kempinski stationary set-up with writing pad and pencil
- Mineral water and mint during the meetings
- Audio visual equipment, including screen, microphone, flipchart, whiteboard and 3 color markers
