Day 1: November 7, 2027 – Bali
- Welcome to Bali, Indonesia.
- Upon arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, your group will be welcomed by our professional English-speaking guide waiting at the Arrival Hall. After a warm meet and greet, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Ubud.
- At Royal Pita Maha, you’ll be greeted with a traditional Balinese royal welcome, featuring a cultural procession complete with dancers, live music, and a refreshing welcome cocktail.
- Free at leisure.
- Accommodation: The Royal Pita Maha– Royal Pool Villa with daily breakfast

Day 2: November 8, 2027 – Dinner at the Hotel – The Royal Pita Maha
- Breakfast will be at the Hotel.

Day 3: November 9, 2027 – East Bali Explorer with Culinary Lunch Experience
- Tour duration: 08:00 – 17:00
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Then proceed to visit the popular Gate of Heaven – Lempuyang Temple in eastern Bali during this private day trip. Explore the temple that has stolen the hearts of locals and tourists alike before heading to Tirta Gangga Water Garden and Taman Ujung Water Palace to get another glimpse of the Balinese culture. For lunch, we will take you to Bali Asli, which promotes Balinese cuisine and culture without exploiting it or its people. Here they support the community, those who fish, farm, and forage in the nearby fields, ocean, and jungle. Our menu offers traditional Balinese food using an authentic Balinese-style kitchen. The food is cooked on wood-fired, mud brick stoves, allowing the real flavors of Bali to shine. Most of the ingredients are either grown in our garden, in our neighbor’s garden or purchased from the local market. End the tour with views from Asah Hill and a relaxing stroll on White Sand Beach looking toward Lombok before heading back to your accommodation.

Day 4: November 10, 2027 – Full day roaming around the Heart of Bali

- Today is all about the artistic and cultural center of Bali – Ubud! Discover the countless charms of the city. Reputable museums, historical palaces, and markets with exotic goods, as well as galleries, studios, and handicraft workshops, reveal themselves to you in this small paradise, situated amidst lush green rice terraces. Start with a visit to the ARMA Museum and admire one of the finest collections of Balinese and Indonesian paintings. In the Monkey Forest, you should hold your camera and sunglasses tightly. The cheeky macaques that roam around here are at least as interested as you will be! Puri Saren Agung – The Royal Palace in the heart of the city, built in the 16th century, is still home to Ubud’s royal family. The morning excursion is rounded off with a stroll through the Ubud Market, one of the most beautiful of its kind in Bali. True to the motto “There is nothing that does not exist” you will find everything your heart desires and probably more, from fruit and vegetables to fish and meat to clothing, handicrafts, wood carvings, and jewelry. Lunch will be served at Indus Restaurant, one of the city’s top restaurants with breathtaking views over the Tjampuhan River Valley. you will end the evening with a Legong dance performance in a nearby village. Because no trip to Bali is complete without seeing one of the traditional dances. After enjoying the Balinese dance performance, you will be picked up to drive you to your accommodation in Ubud.
- Dinner tonight will be at Akar Ubud by K-club from 18:00-20:00.
- Akar, meaning “root” in English, invites guests to rediscover the magnificence of nature’s bounty through contemporary and artfully crafted food and drink experiences. Spanning across two floors, the restaurant offers an elegant yet inviting ambiance. It features two distinct bars on separate levels and a fully equipped main kitchen to cater to every guest’s needs. From Monday to Thursday, Akar offers a refined dining experience in a sophisticated and relaxed setting. On Friday and Saturday, guests can enjoy a normal dinner from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, savoring expertly crafted dishes in an intimate atmosphere. At 9:00 PM, Akar transforms into a high-energy festive dinner experience, featuring live DJs, mesmerizing dancers, and an immersive laser show that electrifies the night and continues until late.

Day 5: November 11, 2027 – Transfer from Ubud to South Bali
- Breakfast at the hotel and then check out. You’ll be pick up from hotel and transferred to your hotel in South Bali – Apurva Kempinski.
- Pick-up at 11.00 from The Royal Pita Maha
- Drop off at 13.00 at The Apurva Kempinski Bali
- Afternoon Seminar in Apurva Kempinski 4 hours 2 pm to 6 pm

Day 6: November 12, 2027 – Lunch at Koral Aquarium Resturant – the Apurva Kempinski

Day 7: November 13, 2027 – Volkswagen Uluwatu Safari
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Seminar from 8 am to 12 Noon
- Afternoon pick up for Uluwatu Safari tour at 14:00.
- The Uluwatu VW Safari Bali Tour is simply amazing. Cruise in an open-top Volkswagen safari car to see the spectacular cliff temple in the southern part of Bali Island. Let the wind blow through your hair in the most breathtaking mode of transport available on the island. The Classic VW Safari tour will meander through sleepy villages, where home and cottage industries thrive, past rice terraces and friendly Balinese people living their daily cycle of life. The trip will also involve visiting Garuda Wisnu Kencana Culture Park, Dreamland Beach, Suluban Beach, Uluwatu Temple, and Kecak Dance Performance. The tour will be very comfortable with our private Volkswagen car and to keep your experience enjoyable, our professional tour driver is always outstanding in his knowledge of the local area
